Nature, life and mind
In Nature Calls we explore one of life’s big questions: What is truly a good life? Together, we dive into the connections between body, nature, and culture. We wish to share our stories and experiences so that we can inspire one another. Along the way, we listen to our bodies, stay curious about new adventures, and let nature provide the setting for our reflections and conversations. And of course, we also enjoy the food that nature has to offer – trying our hand at cooking together on a Trangia stove.
Explore nature and new perspectives
As far as possible, we take the teaching outside, often going on excursions into nature. Together, we explore new places and discover new ways of understanding both body and mind. Along the way, we reflect on how we live – individually and collectively – and how encounters with nature and each other can open up new perspectives.
