Fitness at IHÅ introduces you to a world full of intensity, strength and endurance through some of today's absolutely most sweaty forms of excercise, which include CrossFit, Body Bike, Zumba, Body Combat, Strength and CrossFit.

You will get to know every inch of your body - from your spine to your sicpack and you will be able to shape your body the direction you want - fromfat-burning cardio to muscle building weight training. Our brand new machines and equipment are all ready and waiting for you in our gym- to ensure the perfect environment for fitness has IHÅ just invested half a million in our own large Fitness Center, which now features a large area with free weights for Kettlebell and CrossFit training , and it also contains areas with brand new machines for both cardiovascular exercise and strength training.

You will receive classroom training and individual guidance, which helps to maximize your gain from your training. Additionally, we have our own swimming pool available at IHÅ, so there will also be some opportunities for wellness! We go on a trip to Club La Santa in Lanyarote twice every year, In the fall we join in with everybody at IHÅ and in the spring term we go as a smaller group in kalender week 11. At Club La Santa you will have an unique opportunity to intensify your workout and really push through your routines in the lovely, sunny, and warm climate of Lanzarote.

In addition to fitness, you can choose to educate yourself as a fitness instructor. Our DGI / DIF accredited fitness instructor class gives you a basic knowledge of the use of fitness as an exercise form and additional training for other sports. The course includes a total of 40 lessons and gives you the theoretical and practical foundation for developing individual training programs.
