The playfulness of the game - that is what the Danish badminton culture is known for and badminton training at IHÅ follows this philosophy. The playfulnes of the game is our driving force and and our focus is on you.
Our ambition is to give you the best badminton training you can get. We utilize all the resources we have to make you give the best you can - our lessons are an interaction between you, the other students and the coach.
We focus on personalized learning, allowing you to become a better badminton player and achieve your individual goals. We are coaching you according to the skills you have in technique, tactics, physical and mental strength. We play, experiment and compete - there will be time for reflection focusing on both yourself and the community.
As a student at IHÅ you will have badminton training in our halls 2 times a week. The technical training will often be broken down so you can get to work out what is most relevant to you. And there will almost always be matches, both singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
Besides training at IHÅ you will be able to participate in tournaments and matches against students from other colleges, giving you the chance to test your new skills.
The more ambitious players have the opportunity to play in one of the many badminton clubs close to IHÅ - this is a unique opportunity to combine teaching at IHÅ with training and matches on a club level.
