No matter whether you like handball, football,tennis ore something completely different - all sport subjects at IHÅ have one thing in common: It is all about YOU!
You have your unique set of qualifications, abilities and requirements for yourself and we differentiate our instructions in order to make sure everyone on the team is evolving and improving within their sport, no matter if you come to us as an absolute beginner or already a division player.

We are a different institution compared to what you havve tried before. At the school we determine what we do. Our time on the court is not defined by club specific objects or the need to get ready for a tournament - our goal is to develop you as an individual player and to help you become the best player you can be!
This development also includes an evolution as a human being - where the focus is on reflection over what you do on the pitch - and off the field. The special thing about a Danish Folk High School is that you do not have a coach - but a teacher - which changes the usual power relations. At IHÅ you do not have to fear selection for a team or anything like it. This gives us a much more relaxed environment to work with the individual part of the game for everyone - and for your benefit.
